The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re‐housing Program (HPRP) is collaboration between Bringing Our Community Home, Casa Esperanza, Catholic Charities, Legal Aid Foundation, Transition House, Rental Housing Mediation Task Force, Family Service Agency, and the City and County of Santa Barbara.

The services we offer are financial assistance for rent due, deposits, utilities, moving costs, help with locating housing, legal aid to inform people of their rights, and mediation to help prevent evictions.
The services are available to people who have an income of 50% or less than the Area Median Income, (click here), and are at risk of becoming homeless, or are currently homeless.
Case management is required of all participants and there are other eligibility requirements.
